Project awarded through nationally competitive State of South Dakota Design-Build process and funded through revenue bonds utilizing the Build America Bond program

Single building community of 195,000 sf is designed and programmed to retain upperclassmen students on campus and will be LEED Silver certified

Building footprint forms two large exterior courtyard / green spaces for resident recreation and relaxation

Mix of units with full kitchens and kitchenettes offer residents with
