• 134,858 sf building features enclosed and conditioned corridors with one central point of entry
• Designed to maximize views of Lake Baldwin
• Single and double occupancy suite units with kitchenettes
• Programmed for the Freshmen Year Experience (FYE) with 19 separate clusters of 24 students – each around a centrally located Resident Assistant
• Building design allows for optional segregation of students by gender, while individual clusters allow for students with common interests to be grouped together
• Student safety is enhanced by multiple blue light emergency phones, exterior and interior security cameras, resident call boxes, swipe card entry into the building and units, extensive outdoor lighting as well as two onsite Resident Manager apartments
