PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• Project consists of two sites, West Campus and Centennial Block; totaling 400,000 square feet
• 14-acre West Campus site includes three, three-story buildings encompassing 150,000 square feet
• 5,000 square foot, single-story clubhouse includes an exercise room, computer/study area, game room and outdoor swimming pool
• Centennial Block site consists of approximately 12 acres and three buildings designed in a split three-story/four-story configuration, one four-story building and one three-story building
• Renovated Sanford Hall, an existing building adjacent to Centennial Block will accommodate student housing, administrative offices and commercial uses
• Centennial block is adjacent to Milledgeville's downtown area, which is designated by the state as a historical district
