PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• The total square feet of 378,071 includes approximately 8,700 square feet of retail space, which houses a GSU spirit store, sandwich shop, ice cream parlor, print shop and convenience store
• Centralized amenities of the community are located in building 357 and include a multi-purpose room with adjacent kitchen, computer lab, recreation room, two SMART classrooms as well as offices & conference room for housing and residence life staff
• Each of the four residential buildings have at least one elevator, overlook a landscaped courtyard and are connected together with major pedestrian paths, including the central thoroughfare known as the Centennial Mall
• Individual building common spaces include study rooms, laundry facilities, gathering spaces for each living cluster, vending and recycling areas as well as central kitchens
• Outdoor amenities include a basketball court, sand volleyball, grilling facilities, campus park area, extensive use of pavers and an outdoor seating area adjacent to the dining facility in building 357
• Multiple unit types and configurations make up the community's design program and allow for a range of price point offerings as well as the ability to house under & upper classmen alike
