PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• Mixed use programming to include flagship bookstore for campus with branded coffee shop, Student Health Center, offices for Auxiliary Services, Street-level retail and general office space.
• The facility connects the campus with the downtown area and features a design character that complements the historic nature of Dahlonega.
• The facility's main entry point boasts a two-story lobby area into the bookstore with adjacent 2nd level porch which serves as an outdoor lounge.
• The building's retail space will house campus functions as well as local merchants.
