PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• At 85,000 sf, Patriot Hall was specifically designed to fit the organizational structure of the Corps of Cadets in a single building facility and is located at one of highest points on campus, which allows for truly spectacular views of the sacred Drill Field, the golden steeple of Price Memorial Hall and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
• The building has two wings which house all cadet living units and company day rooms while the majority of the common areas are located in the central connector portion of the building and include staff headquarters, a computer lab, a theatre room, a community kitchen, and multiple lounges.
• The AUDG Team was selected by the University in February 2009 following a nationally competitive process and proudly delivered the Patriot Hall on time and on budget in advance of the Fall 2010 semester.
