• 30.13 acre site, 12 residential buildings, 6,000 square foot clubhouse, pool cabana and maintenance building
• Clubhouse Amenities include a tiered seating theatre with surround sound and a 96" projection screen, two stand-up tanning domes, an extensive fitness center overlooking one of two resort style pools, large game room, espresso bar, computer center, conference room, study room and lounge area
• North Pool features a large sunning deck with lounge chairs, wireless Internet access, water volleyball and basketball courts and a pool-side cabana with restrooms and vending machines;
  South Pool includes lap lanes
