PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• The 852 space Olivier Tower Parking deck is located on the former location of the UL Lafayette Credit Union and includes new commercial space fronting McKinley Street for the credit union as well as UL Lafayette Parking Services
• The new credit union space will feature a dual drive-thru operated via remote monitors and pneumatic tubes
• The deck's design closely considered the preservation of the signature live oak trees which flank McKinley Street
• The Olivier Tower Parking Deck is a component of the 2,000 bed first phase of new and renovated housing on the UL Lafayette campus
