• Semi-suite units offer double and single occupancy configuration with no more than two students sharing a bath
• Building & site design configured to preserve the historic "Jewell Whitehead Camellia Trail" as well as a significant stand of mature long leaf pine trees
• Project replaces and includes the demolition of the former Georgia Hall of 43,259 sf and 200 beds
• Ground Floor includes 6,000 sf of community and office space which entails a SMART classroom, game room, security desk and housing staff offices
• Exterior façade designed to complement the prevalent Spanish Mission architecture of the VSU campus
• (2) Professional Staff apartments are located at the ground floor and offer private exterior entrances for staff residents
