PROJECT DESCRIPTION

  • The Hopper Dining Center provides 188 seats in an open, multi-concept design which features the Salad Toss, Breakfast Station, International Wok Station, Pizza Station and a premium entree station which serves ribeye steaks, blackened salmon, grilled tuna and rotisserie chicken 
  • The Hopper Dining Center is located on the ground floor of the 514 bed Hopper Hall and opens to the residence hall's beautifully landscaped courtyard
  • The Hopper Dining Center implememented the "Weigh the Waste" recycling program which reduced the waste from 700 lbs to only 225 lbs per day
  • In addition to the dining facility the ground floor also offers additional space to house a 2,500 box mailroom, the University newspaper, radio station and other student services
