PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• Project entails complete renovation of the 23,000 sf structure which is the oldest residence hall on the VSU campus and is eligible to be placed on the historic register
• Features traditional residence hall design with 44 double occupied rooms, 4 single occupied RA rooms and centralized common restroom facilities
• Renovation includes the addition of a professional staff apartment with private exterior entrance for staff resident
• Additional restrooms, study and laundry rooms were added to the facility as upgrades
• The renovated facility is in full compliance of all applicable codes and includes updated plumbing, HVAC, electrical and IT systems
