• Interior common spaces include management and leasing offices, computer lab, fitness room and game room as well as multiple study areas and laundry rooms
• Outdoor spaces include sand volleyball, basketball court and landscaped courtyard with BBQ's
• Community includes one parking space for each bed as well as an additional 10% for guest parking
